This water seal is molded from premium NBR, selected for its exceptional resistance to the surfactants, enzymes, and alkaline builders found in modern commercial detergents. For high-temperature or heavy-duty applications, we also offer FKM variants. While NBR provides superb structural elasticity and wear resistance up to 120°C, our custom FKM formulations extend thermal stability up to 220°C and offer superior resilience against aggressive bleaching agents and ozone aging, preventing premature hardening or cracking.

Achieving a leak-free seal requires precise mechanical alignment during installation. The 37*76*9.5/12 specification features a rubber-covered outer diameter that accommodates minor imperfections in the housing bore while ensuring a secure, static seal. To maximize service life, the cavity between the sealing lips must be packed with a high-quality, water-resistant lithium-base grease before assembly. This pre-lubrication reduces initial startup friction and lowers heat generation, ensuring long-term operational stability and eliminating the need for frequent teardowns or premature bearing replacements.
